I treat myself to a spa day in New Orleans at least once a month and whenever I travel. There are plenty of options in New Orleans, depending on the type of experience you desire.

Waldorf Astoria Spa, The Roosevelt Hotel New Orleans
Luxury Spa with a full range of spa services from facials, full-body massages and couples’ massages, to manicures and complete spa day experiences. Newly updated spa menu with signature services, such as the 80 minute Diamond Well Living Ritual.
The spa offers a full-service salon and makeup services. They are also one of the exclusive carriers of Natura Bisse and Emergin C skin care as well as Kevyn Aucoin makeup products.

FLY Pharmacist Tip: Join the Spa Club so you commit to monthly self-care, The Spa Club grants you access to on-premise fitness and spa amenities on the day of your treatment in addition to a list of other property perks. As a Spa Club Member, you will receive a 50 or 80 minute massage or facial monthly.
If your love language is physical touch, then a day of relaxation at The Spa at Windsor Court is just for you. Available services include: Massage, Body Treatments, Facials, Manicure and Pedicures. The spa offers guests a robe, sandals, and a private locker, as well as vanity comforts, in the locker room. The toilets are not only heated, but have a bidet. The spa includes a sauna and steam room, as well as men’s, women’s and couples’ relaxation areas. Guests receiving treatments will have complimentary use of the hotel’s fitness center, outdoor pool and amenities during The Spa’s hours of operation.
Hours: DAILY, 9AM – 5PM.

The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans
The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans is the first establishment in Louisiana to offer products and treatments from acclaimed French skincare brand Biologique Recherche. The luxury spa opened in April of 2022.
Amenities: At 5,525 square feet, The Spa offers eight treatment rooms, including a couple’s room with a soaking tub. A relaxation lounge, steam room, and cool mist experience, as well as his and her locker rooms complete the space. Services: Guests can choose from a selection of Massages, Facials, Wraps, Skin Treatments, Brow and Lash Treatments.
Signature Treatments: Triple Lift Facial, The Body Method, Southern Gentleman and Spa de Deux
Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Spa Aria is a hidden gem, tucked away inside of the Hotel Monteleone. It may be known for its Carousel Bar, but don’t overlook it for a day of pampering and relaxation. Spa Aria is locally and women-owned. The spa features world-renown products from Pevonia and Cinq Mondes.
Services include: Facials, Massages, Body Treatments, Waxing, Manicures, Pedicures and Makeup.
I received the North African Aromatic Ritual. This 135 minute ritual includes all of the experiences of the Moroccan Journey with the addition of a 60 minute relaxing massage using cure-all organic argan oil and orange blossom rain mist. The expert hands of the massage therapist envelope you with slow, deep movements to promote a state of pure wellness. Perfect after a long-haul flight, or anytime life stressors take the pep out of your step.

Known for its calming spaces and extensive selection of self-care and wellness products, Earthsavers is a day spa that offers facials, massages, body treatments, manicures and pedicures. With three locations available, you can be sure to refill your cup. They are the source for the most advanced skincare products, luxurious bath & body products, softest loungewear & pajamas, and amazing gifts. In addition to spa services, Earthsavers offers health consultations with a registered dietitian.
